- Two of the team will come out, look at and have a chat with you about the job that you need help with.
- We will give you a quote either there and then or by phone or email within 12 hours. There is no obligation but if you are happy with the quote then we will arrange a convenient time for us to come and get it sorted. Don't worry about forgetting - we will send or call you with you a reminder
- On the day of the visit we will call you in the morning to check that it is still convenient for us to attend.
- When we arrive to do the job the team will explain to you exactly what is going to happen before they start. This gives us the opportunity to check that we are doing what you expect us to do and for you to ask any questions.
- We will do the job and clear up after ourselves. The Team's priority is to ensure that we work efficiently and in a professional manner with full respect to your house, garden and property.
- When we are finished we will explain exactly what we have done to ensure that you are fully satisfied.
