We have completed another 2 garden tidies this week - both customers left us some fabulous feedback which was lovely - the team always enjoy the end of the job not just because everyone gets a rest but we also get the feedback!
This week we also spent some time thinking about our customer journey. Our customers are central to everything that we do and we want to ensure that every customer we meet has the same, excellent service from us. The team outlined each of the actions that we need to take to ensure that our feedback always says "Great".
We have a make-shift flip chart board made from an old art easel and a piece of MDF!
